Ms. Maguire is an associate in the litigation section of the Firm and is
involved in representing clients in both state and federal courts. Her
primary areas of focus are commercial contract enforcement,
bankruptcy & creditor’s rights, commercial landlord rights and
representation and HIPAA. Ms. Maguire also has experience in real
estate and trust litigation. Prior to her career as a lawyer, Ms.
Maguire gained exposure and experience in various fields, including
daily hotel audit, retail management, insurance and securities, and
small-medium business leasing and financing.
Ms. Maguire is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the Asian
American Bar Association, and the Garland Walker Inn of Court.
