Mr. Mattioli began his practice with Meredith, Donnell &
Abernethy (now Donnell, Abernethy & Kieschnick) in Corpus
Christi, Texas, at that time, one of the largest firms in South Texas.
His practice focused on appeal of complex cases including class
actions, products liability, toxic torts, insurance coverage issues and
commercial disputes as well as general civil litigation. Upon
joining Shannon, Martin, Finkelstein & Alvarado in 1998, his
practice expanded to represent clients in trial as well as appeal of
practice expanded to represent clients in trial as well as appeal of
general civil litigation.
Mr. Mattioli is a licensed CPA (Texas) and his past experience
includes public auditing with a national accounting firm as well as
internal auditing performing special investigations and operational
audits throughout the United States, Europe and South America for
an international oilfield service company.
Mr. Mattioli is a member of the Houston Bar Association, the
National Hispanic Professionals Association and the Greater
Houston Partnership International Business Issues Committee.
